Cooking Advice:

Microwave: Place 2 skewers in a suitable container. Do not defrost.

Heat for 2 min 30 at 900W.

Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

Put the frozen skewers on a plate covered with greaseproof paper.

Place in the centre of the oven and heat for 7 min.
