Refund policy

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the perishable nature of our products, primarily frozen and fresh foods, we are currently unable to offer refunds for any of our products. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been sold. 

2. Product Defects

If you receive a product with a clear defect or quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the problem. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or a partial refund.

3. Delivery Issues

For any problems that occur during the delivery process, such as damage to the product during transit, please get in touch with us immediately. We will work with the relevant courier company to resolve the issue. Please inspect the product for completeness immediately upon receipt.

4. Maintaining Freshness

To ensure you receive the freshest products possible, please arrange to receive your order on the expected delivery date. If you cannot receive the delivery at that time, ensure that someone else can receive it on your behalf and store frozen products as soon as possible.
