生煎包煎煮方法

1. 生煎包可以分生煎同熟煎
2. 熟煎就係用蒸籠大火蒸12分鐘,然後落油煎脆個底就可以啦
3. 生煎就係落鍋煎一煎個底,再加水至包底嘅三份一水位煮十分鐘最後倒咗啲水再落油煎脆個底即可
