How to prepare
1. For microwave usage:
Remove it from the plastic bag. Put the fillet on a flat dish and cover with wrapping film to heat it up (heat approximately 2-3 minutes depending on the size of the fillet). Serve immediately.
2. For oven usage:
Remove it from the plastic bag. Preheat oven to 350ºf(170°c). Add fille on a shallow pan. Cover with foil and bake it at 350°f for approximately 5-6 minutes depending on the size of the fillet. Serve immediately.
