Ingredients:
Cabbage, wheat flour, beef meat 18.5%, water, onion, vegetable oils (rapeseed, sesame), carrot, mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), bread crumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast), salt, sugar, chives, stock powder (natural flavouring, spice extracts, black pepper, yeast extract, hydrolised corn protein, sugar, salt), soy sauce (water, soy bean, wheat, salt), garlic powder, wheat gluten, Rochester sauce powder (contains celery) (distilled vinegar, corn syrup, salt, garlic powder, spices, tamarind, natural flavouring), natural flavouring, starch, ginger powder, black pepper

Storage instructions:
KEEP FROZEN. STORE AT -18°C OR BELOW. ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE. Star marked frozen food compartment *(-6°C): 1 week / **-12°C): 1 month / **(-18°C): Until best before date.
Cooking instructions:
For best results, cook without prior defrost.
- Pan fry (recommended): Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add frozen product manually and fry on a single face for 2 minutes. Then pour around 4 tablespoons of water (60ml) into the pan. Boil for 2 minutes with lid. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 minute until the water boils away.
- Boil: Boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds into simmering water.
- Steam: Put the frozen gyoza in a basket which has been beforehand oiled. Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
- Deep fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
